Fine Art Photography
Each print is produced on carefully selected, museum-quality sustainable paper by Hahnemühle. For color images, I use their hemp-based paper; for black and white, I’ve chosen their sugarcane paper. Both offer exceptional texture and tone, while being eco-conscious. To preserve the integrity of each piece, I finish them with a protective spray from the same trusted brand. Please handle with care—bare hands can transfer oils that may affect the print quality.
I don’t believe pure white exists in the buildings and surroundings I photograph—and that’s exactly why I chose these particular papers. True paper is never naturally white; it only becomes so through bleaching. The subtle, natural tones of Hahnemühle’s sustainable hemp and sugarcane papers perfectly complement the atmosphere of my work evoking the character of traditional analog prints.
I personally print all pieces up to size A3, using a technique I’ve developed to give my photographs a soft, almost watercolour-like quality. Just as a painter carefully selects their canvas, I carefully select my paper to match the mood and message of each image.
